A carer will live with you in your home. The first step is to chat with you and your family to create a bespoke plan of care
and support.

The discussions enable the Heather Care team to define the type of care you need, following input from you, your loved ones,
and other professionals involved in your care.

Once we have all of the facts, we will create a tailored and agreed plan that allows for control, choice, independence, and peace
of mind. If you are looking for uninterrupted care, 24 hours a day, we have different care solutions to ensure someone is always
on hand to support you, day, or night.

What is live-in care at home with Heather Care Ltd.

Your one-to-one care provides flexibility and personalisation of your care package with 24-hour live-in care, 7 days a week.

The carer who lives in your home full-time.

Our live-in care services are thorough and comprehensive, offering  support with day-to-day activities, personal hygiene
and companionship. 

The care plan also incorporates your goals, personal interests and there are multitude of ways in which our carers can help such as toileting, bathing, grooming and dressing, prompting of medication, meal preparation and household chores. The primary goal is that your loved ones can continue to live at home in familiar surrounds especially for those living with dementia or a condition that may cause confusion.

Our Live-in care costs are comparable to many care home costs, 1-1 companionship which prevents people from feeling alone.

We provide regular support by our care team leaders, helping to ensure our quality of service, safety and to capture any changes.

Your pets can also stay at home with you, we’ll make sure our carer is also an animal lover.

You will benefit from reassurance that there is another person in the house who will be able to assist you with care and agreed household tasks.

What are 24-hour live-in care costs for couples?

We are focused on helping couples to continue to be able to live together in their own homes together. Heather Care Ltd and our 24-hour live-in care costs starting from only £1595 per week.

To help ensure that the cost of live-in care is affordable, we would only charge an additional nominal amount for couples, unlike the live-in care costs associated with going into a residential or nursing home. Many homes will charge a weekly fee for both individuals, albeit at a reduced rate, however the total amount is very likely to be much more than our total costs.
